postgresql-check-db-dir in postgresql package out of date

(I created this issue in packages-desktop...I didn't see a packages-core...am I missing something? where should I have put this issue?)

The script to check the database format is out of date. This is run in the postgresql.service file and causes starting the service to fail with:

An old version of the database format was found.
You need to dump and reload before using PostgreSQL 9.6.

(I just edited the file to fix mine.)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
